All sales are final

For hygiene reasons, lingerie, nightwear, bodystockings and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been delivered. We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for a change of mind or for choosing the wrong size.

Please check the size and product details carefully before you order. If you are not sure about your size, message us on WhatsApp before ordering and we will help you choose.

Cancelling an order

An order can be cancelled only before it is dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible on WhatsApp.

Wrong or damaged item

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, or an item that arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. The item must be unworn and in its original packaging. Once we confirm the problem, we will replace the item or refund it to your original payment method.
