Terms of service

These terms apply to every order placed on ninaamour.com ("Nina Amour", "we"). By placing an order you agree to them.

Products and prices

We try to show every product, colour and size as accurately as possible; colours can look slightly different from one screen to another. Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED). We may change prices or offers at any time, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.

Offers and discount codes

Offers and discount codes are applied at checkout according to the conditions shown on the site. Discount codes can be used once per customer unless stated otherwise and have no cash value.

Orders and payment

Your order is confirmed once payment is completed online at checkout. Cash on delivery is not available. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if an item is out of stock or if there is an obvious error in its price or description.

Returns

All sales are final. Please read our Return and refund policy before ordering.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including photos, text and the Nina Amour name and logo, belongs to Nina Amour and may not be used without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
